Aline Bsaibes, a 40-year-old French-Lebanese woman, has just been promoted to the position of Managing Director of ik, a company specializing in software solutions for agriculture and livestock. A position just created to structure the growth of this SME, which is set to grow from 100 to 300 employees by 2022 and has just raised €8 million.
